Terms of Service

Our services are contracted in writing. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Deposits (when requested) secure bookings and are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue rules and access information. Additional labour or materials required due to incorrect venue information may incur extra charges.

Consumer Rights — Canada

We comply with federal and provincial consumer protection laws. For in-person and custom services (such as event floristry), certain cancellation and refund obligations apply under Canadian law. Clients in provinces with specific statutes (e.g., Ontario Consumer Protection Act) may have additional rights.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation terms are set out in your contract. For events cancelled by the client, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials, labour and lost opportunities. Where provincial law requires shorter cancellation windows or statutory refunds, those laws prevail.

Refund processing for eligible cases typically occurs within 30 days of agreement. Non-refundable deposits and custom-sourced materials are specified at booking.
